Liverpool City Council wanted a campaign to stop 18-30 year olds drinking too much. Tough brief right?
With 97% of weekend arrests after 11pm being alcohol related, the council and police were clamping down.
We were asked to highlight the little-known fines and the laws surrounding drinking.
The big idea
We used super informal language and a relatable format to draw attention - after all who doesn’t want to nosy at other peoples’ inboxes?
We spoke our audience’s language and they listened. We more than hit our targets, with The Home Office now citing the campaign as best practice.
